copy, with an additional $3.00 shipping for the first copy and
$2.00/copy for each additional copy. Note that you will be taken
to a page that asks for your "donation," that refers to the
total cost of your order.

North America, please

NAFFE office an e-mail, specifying the total number of
copies and we will send you a quote for the postage costs
together with instructions for ordering & paying online.
